Monitorování a řízení kvality výrobních procesů

Abstract

This diploma thesis is dealing with quality monitoring and control of production processes using tools for Statistical Process Control in Wonderware InTouch 10 application. For the data collection in real time a real task of controlling hot-air simulation model using new measurement unit CTRL V3 is used. Communication with computer and the visualization application is connected through serial line using an ActiveX component. InTouch application uses also ArchestrA symbols designed in Wonderware Application Server 3.0 system in the ArchestrA IDE environment. Also, this application visualizes and control real processes of the hot-air simulation. Another part of the visualization application consists of monitoring of the process using SPC tools and saving data to the database.
