Abstract

The thesis is focusing on tribotechnic diagnostic (TD) with impact on enginery condition. In the beginning there are described methods of TD that were applied on the polluted oil filling from the monitored entity. I am also focusing on extraction sites and correct extraction execution of the oil filling sample. According to laboratory results an electrostatic purifying of oil filling were performed and then verification of pollution level. A laboratory report illustrates that the oil filling after filtration shows improvement in the pollution class. There were proposed an action statement for maintaining and care of the hydraulic oil for full machine running with recommendation to pursue cyclic analysis of oil fillings and filtrations through the available filter unit Kleentek.
