Porovnání koeficientu obrobitelnosti materiálu určeného k výpočtu časové normy

Abstract

This bachelor thesis introduces basic terms like lathe-turning, cutting conditions, machinability of materials. It clarifies the way of determining the machinability group which is needed to calculate speed of cutting which is then used to determine the consumption of production time. It solves the problem of deviations in fulfilling production quotas by determining new coefficients. It illustrates the way of calculating time quotas on a sample component and then compares existing and proposed machinability coefficients. Results achieved by tested machine groups are then put into graphs.
