Ověření nových vyměnitelných břitových destiček pro vyvrtávání

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the characteristic features of the indexable cutting inserts using the method of boring in the stainless material 17349.4. This work was offered to me by the company Pramet Tools, s.r.o., from Šumperk, which focuses on the fabrication of the indexable cutting inserts. I was asked to compare the life span of a new cutting insert with an indexable cutting insert of a rival company. The introduction of the bachelor thesis focuses on the history of the company and its development. The next part contains the classification of the tools for working the inner holes and the method of boring as such. The body of the thesis focuses on the wear of the indexable cutting inserts in the specific time intervals. In the conclusion the evaluation of the quality of the indexable cutting inserts can be found as same as the graphs of durability, cutting power and wear process.
