Bachelor thesis deals with causes of unsuccessful improvement of surface properties of bearing cages and the author attempts to deduce the causes of unsatisfactory dimensions of bearing cages after carbonitriding. The author tries to suggest an alternative solution and, using experimental work, to show that the proposed solution is an appropriate and advantageous solution to this problem.
