Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the optimum placement of warehouse stock in the company Industroprofil. The aim of this thesis was to propose alternative positioning of inventory and achieve optimization. The result optimization of material flow originated shortening. With the shortening of the material flow was also possible to calculate the resulting time savings and cost savings. In conclusion, we find a summary and evaluation of the thesis.
