Abstract

This dissertation contents a classification of several health risk factors, together with necessary objective measurations. In association with this analysis of all risk factors, this work contents a concept of safety devices working against these risk factors in a concrete bakery. As a complex of analysis of health risk factors, the dissertation contents an project to classify component jobs. The benefit of this work is the determination of arrangements to minimize risk factors, and application of this project in other modern bakery working with similar modern technology.
