Abstract
The aim of my diploma thesis is the proposal for the visit rate increase of the Tea-room. This thesis is worked out in conditions of a small company Čajová Chýše in Pilsen. In an introduction part I briefly describe profile of the company, a scale of provided service and also economic characterization. In the theoretical part I focus on particular characters of the service, service marketing mix comprises off the 7’p’s and marketing analysis, particularly customers’ satisfaction measurement, SWOT analysis and beside that I analyse of positioning map. In the practical part I provide an analysis of the Microenvironment, Microenvironment and analysis of current marketing mix of the Tea-room. Within this thesis I carry out also a marketing research through questionnaire survey. Based on these results I suggested recommendations to increase number of visitors. The recommendations were focused on product, marketing communication and competition.
