Strategická situační analýza malé strojírenské firmy

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on strategic situational analysis of a small engineering company CNC Works s.r.o., specializing in machining of machine parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of strategic management and describes the methods used to analyze the business environment, namely PEST analysis, Porter's 5 competitive forces analysis, SWOT analysis and financial analysis. In the practical part, these methods are applied to a selected company in order to assess the impact of individual factors on its operations. Based on the results, the strategy that is most suitable for the firm is proposed. The final part of the thesis is devoted to the identification of key risk factors related to the recommended strategy.
