Zhodnocení vyrobitelnosti držáku pro kusovou až malosériovou výrobu

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the manufacturability of the component holder component in the vehicle with annual estimates corresponding to one-piece to small-series production. The current design solution of the holder is made of polypropylene filled with 30% glass fibers. The material is delivered as a granulate, which is subsequently processed on an injection machine using thermoplastic injection technology. The diploma thesis compares production technology for current design solutions and alternative technologies. Alternative technologies considered are 3D printing and sheet metal forming. For surface forming, a change in holder design and manufacturability assessment for a specific technology is required.
