Schvalování a kvalifikace postupů svařování dle ČSN EN ISO

Abstract

Bachelor work is concentrate on a formation of formularies for agreement of welding process according actual norms CSN EN ISO. Theoretical part of this work describes the qualification of welding, indicate a reguirements on the qualification and trying of gas welding (331). In a practical part of this work is, in terms of theoretical part create an application in a program-MS Excel 2003. This application creates elementary variable of process qualification method. In next part of work are these elementary variable compare with the variable method arc welding, electron beam welding and laser beam welding. Finally part of the work compare qualificatory area for separate method of welding which are the most expanded in the engineering produce. In the appendix of bachelor work is presented as an example of formularies which are made with refer application.
