Abstract
This work is aimed at the evaluation of employees’ selection and adaptation system in the První Hornoslezská Stavební, s.r.o. Company. Main aim of this work is to propose recommendations for improvement of these processes. The theoretical part includes the overview of the adaptation process. Practical part describes selected company from the view of its history, place of business, however most attention is devoted to the implemented ways of employees’ selection and adaptation. The conclusion part includes the proposals and recommendations for the improvement of current system.
