Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to analyze the experiences and problems encountered by consumers when shopping through electronic means, in this case, the Internet and their possible solutions. There is also analyzed the consumer orientation in the contractual termsand laws related to them. Described are the reasons for whichthere were problems with e-contracting, subsequent consumer behavior and his subjective opinion on the safety anddisadvantages, which provides e commerce. The primary data needed for analysis are obtained using an electronic questionnaire, where its results are evaluated aims andhypotheses. Readers are provided with a non-exhaustive list oflegislation governing electronic contracting just consumer contracts and in the plane of both Czech and European law, whichseeks to regulate and upcoming changes related to them. Significant here is the description of the legal issues of electronic commerce, with proposals for possible solutions and analysis ofstandardized electronic contracts as click wrap, click-through and browse-wrap. The results have been achieved by the analysis aresummarized at the end with an indication of overall potentialsolutions.
