Abstract

This bachelor labour is about the theme Process Evaluation of New Employees Selection. It separated into company characteristic, theoretic- methodology and analysis part. In section Company characteristic is described the company. So where was written this labour, its management, its location, its products. As last it was done SWOT analysis of its region. In theoretic – methodology section was described theoretic process evaluation of new selection, its parts. In the end of this section were defined evaluation methods as SWOT analysis, questionnaire investigation or some statistic methods. In last part of this labour is written process evaluation of new employees selection in the company. It was done SWOT analysis of management of human resources and it was investigated questionnaire. Result of this labour is process evaluation of new employees selection in the company with potential suggestions.
