Porovnání účinnosti boje proti legalizaci výnosů z trestné činnosti v ČR a ve světě

Abstract

This thesis “Comparison of Effectiveness in Fighting Money Laundering in the Czech Republic and Worldwide” is mainly focused on description and explication of money laundering and further on definition of procedures and methods as for a fighting legalization of pay-off from the criminal acting not only on the national but on the international level as well. For society money laundering is very dangerous crime because of the fact that such money is coming from the other serious crimes and becomes legalized. This legalization is the result of good cooperation of internationally organized groups.
