Návrh metodiky k výpočtu modálních vlastností rotoru 2-pólového asynchronního elektromotoru

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá výpočtem modálních vlastností rotoru s klecí nakrátko 2-pólového asynchronního elektromotoru. První část práce se věnuje studiu literatury zaobírajíce se zahrnutím rotoru do výpočetního modelu. Následně je provedena testová úloha zkoumající vliv kontaktů a předpětí na výsledky modální analýzy s předpětím. V praktické části práce jsou zkoumány vlivy technologických a výrobních parametrů na modální vlastnosti rotoru a výsledky jsou porovnány s naměřenými hodnotami. Nakonec je navržena metodika k výpočtu modálních vlastní rotoru.

Master thesis deals with computation of modal properties of squirrel cage rotor of the 2-pole asynchronous electric motor. The first part of the work is devoted to the study of literature dealing with the inclusion of the rotor in the computational model. Subsequently, a test task examining the effect of contacts and prestress on the results of prestressed modal analysis is performed. In the practical part of the work, the influences of technological and production parameters on modal properties of rotor are investigated, and the results are compared with measured values. Finally, a methodology for calculating modal properties of a rotor is proposed.
