Abstract

The thesis focuses on analysis of methods of management and production system in operating conditions of Glasswork company and it is proposed measures to racionalization as well. Process production (both typified and atypical) demands distinct approaches to analysis and evaluation of the racionalization proceedings. The application asset is evaluated in the thesis. Especially following racionalization proceedings are mentioned: racionalization of stocks, standartization of time period operations through initiation of work-operations time norms. The method of management is merely efficient when it is capable of deputing powers to lower components. Racionalization achievement can be also reached by obtaining the devices which could by helpfully used to minimalize the human labour.
