Hodnocení odlišností pracovních očekávání zástupců generací X a Y ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The Master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of differences in work expectations between the generation X and Y in a selected company through questionnaire analysis. The first part of this thesis explains the theoretical bases that relate to the issues of intergenerational differences and expectations. The practical part contains the characteristics of the company and the results of the questionnaire survey. In the conclusion of the thesis are given recommendations and suggestions for the chosen company in problem areas, which derive from the analysis of the questionnaire survey results.
