Hodnocení odlišností pracovních očekávání zástupců generací X a Y ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením odlišností pracovního očekávání mezi generaci X a Y ve vybrané společnosti pomocí analýzy dotazníkového šetření. V první části této práce jsou objasněna teoretická východiska, která se vztahují k problematice mezigeneračních rozdílů a očekávání. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku společnosti a výsledky dotazníkového šetření. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení a návrhy pro zvolenou společnost v problémových oblastech, které vyplývají z analýzy získaných výsledků dotazníkového průzkumu.

The Master’s thesis deals with the evaluation of differences in work expectations between the generation X and Y in a selected company through questionnaire analysis. The first part of this thesis explains the theoretical bases that relate to the issues of intergenerational differences and expectations. The practical part contains the characteristics of the company and the results of the questionnaire survey. In the conclusion of the thesis are given recommendations and suggestions for the chosen company in problem areas, which derive from the analysis of the questionnaire survey results.
