Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the cracking of vitreous enamel coatings at heat load. This thesis is developed only through research due to the closing of school laboratories for renovation. Includes distribution of enamel coatings and their properties including raw materials needed to produce what adjustments should be made prior to applying technology and how to apply. It also deals with enamel defects and their testing. Finally discusses materials suitable for the manufacture of cooking vessels, and their suitability for induction heating. The main emphasis is on the influence of the thermal properties of vitreous enamel coating and heat resistance.
