Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the design of a universal bridge module. In the introduction an overview of examples of the use of modules in practice is given. Then the solutions of individual parts are detailed and the most suitable solutions are chosen. In the next step the whole device is described. In this chapter the components are discussed and their technical design is solved to meet the requirements of the assignment. The computational design and control is performed for functionally important parts. The important parts of bridge module to check are guide rods, motion screw, screws for the connection of the base to frame and the frame. The guide rods, screws for the connection of the base to frame and the frame are checked for bend, the motion screw for the axial load. The work includes drawing of assembly and manufacturing drawings of proposed bridge module.
