Abstract

In this thesis I dealt with modifications of the seat frame of rail company BORCAD GB Ltd. Here is the construction of a new type of profile discussed, which will enable relieving the current frame and at the same time will limit largely used technology jointing parts of frame welds. The principle of the profile is to click parts into each other in such a way that while using filling materials, it isn´t possible to take this profile to parts again.I also focused on filling materials, their types, possibilities of use and especially their mechanical properties. Part of this diploma work is also measuring common available filling materials, verifying of calculation of profiles preparation, static calculation based on reports of measurements of the seats load VÚKV according to standards UIC 566 and prototyping. To this thesis is enclosed modular frame drawing, production drawing of selected component and reports documenting the measurement of filling materials.
