Abstract

This thesis deals with the structural design of the rotary table. In the introduction are presented different types of rotary tables, their main principles and utilization. Furthermore, the thesis deals with different structural units of the rotary tables which are mandatory for the successful construction. Subsequently is handled the structural design of the rotary table, which contains the requirements for the device and its functions. Engineering design is further developed to the final building structure. Computational part deals with the control of the selected bearings and determination of the overturning moment characteristic for the protective wall of the table.
