Vliv metod odporového tvrdého pájení na jakost spojů

Abstract

The thesis deals with the effect of using different methods of resistance brazing on the quality of soldered joints. In the theoretical part, the principles of resistance soldering, the soldering technologies, the solder and flux influence on the quality of soldered joints, and the manners of their checking are stated. The experimental part of the thesis contains the assessment of the existing soldering of part BH 630 with regard to the proposed new manner of soldering. The conclusion of the dissertation evaluates the results of soldered joints performed using both soldering methods with non-destructive and destructive tests.
