Abstract
The aim of my thesis is to compare different methods of pallet storage in shelving units. The opening part of the thesis describes four different types of shelving unit constructions. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of these options, the most suitable option is selected.
Following the selection of the construction components, these components are measured and checked. After the measuring part, the actual technical drawing of the shelving unit is made and an economical analysis of the project is carried out. The outcome of my thesis is a complex proposal for a universal pallet storage shelving unit.
