Abstract

The bachelor thesis is aimed at optimalization of working fluid temperature of 500t., pressing machine, aquatic side, which hydraulic aggregate is installed in AcelorMittal Tubular products Ostrava. In the introduction are summarized requests of welded tubes quality improvement, chapter no. 1 describes technology of the watter pressing test of spirally welded tubes, chaper no. 2 describes substandard status of present hydraulic aggregate, chapter no. 3 describes changement of heat flux by working pressure and flow decreasing. In chapter no. 4 is solved temperature optimalization of pump intermittent operation by battery and pressure switch. Chapter no. 5 solves the thretment problem of heat flow by cooler incoporation. Final chapter no. 6 discusses about proposed solution comparision, where final solution is energy optimized system, which shows significantly lower losses .
