Abstract

The dissertation deals with a proposal of the long screw conveyor which serves to a cement transportation and a constructional solution of the support of the screw. Entry values of the transporter are from the company DSD Dostál a.s. Dřevohostice. The transporter is 24.7 m long with a traffic performance 150 t per hour. In the first part there is a summary of issues concerning the basic parts of screw conveyors. Second part is engaged in a technological, constructional and strength calculation of the most important parts of the screw conveyor. At the end there is a brief evaluation of the construction of selected parts of the transporter. The dissertation includes a drawing documentation, i.e. plan of the screw transporter, plan of the hanging bearing, plan of the screws connection and production drawings of the hanging bearing.
