Realizace systému identifikace člověka podle biologických parametrů v rámci radioterapie

Abstract

The main aim of the diploma thesis is to create identification system for a radiotherapy patient using biometrics parameters. This system would be applicable in clinical practice on the clinic of onkology in Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava. Teoretical part contains basic facts about biometrics methods, their advantages and disadvantages. On the theoretical basis the fingerprints method was chosen and it is searched for a suitable types of sensors. Based on the fact that two different sensor types were chosen the practical part is divided into three points. The first point entails comparisson of the persons’s two images from the two different sensors using image processing. The second point deals with identification using neural networks for smaller groups of people. The third point represents final identification and statistical analysis of neural networks used on bigger groups. The system is then evaluated and compared to another available methods in the last part of the diploma thesis.
