Vliv stárnutí ochranné nátěrové hmoty na výsledné vlastnosti povlaku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with protective coatings. In the introduction, their problems are introduced. Then the topic of organic coatings is discussed in detail in the form of a research. For the experimental part, samples were provided to test the coatings. The coating was applied with a brush and ruler. The dry film thickness of the resulting coating was determined. Its adhesion to the base material was evaluated by grid test and cross section. Next, the coated specimens were subjected to a neutral salt spray test and then the degree of blistering and degradation of the coating was assessed. Metallographic analysis along with scanning electron microscopy analysis was used to evaluate the coating/substrate interface after exposure to the corrosion test.
