Návrh implementace metodiky 5S na vybraném provoze.

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na metodiku pro organizaci pracoviště 5S. V první části jsou zpracována teoretická východiska k dané problematice. Je zde popsáno pět pilířů, na kterých tato metodika stojí, a jak nejlépe postupovat při implementaci každého z nich. Uvedeny jsou metody jako značení červenými visačkami, metoda vizuálního řízení a další. Druhá část obsahuje analýzu aplikace 5S v podniku Plastika a.s. Uvádí se zde, jak funguje metodika 5S v praxi daného podniku. U každého pilíře je popsán postup jeho implementace a následně porovnán s teoretickou částí. Kapitola je zakončena shrnutím kladů a záporů odhalených při analýze aplikace 5S. V poslední kapitole jsou získané informace z předchozích dvou částí využity k návrhu implementace 5S na novém provoze firmy Plastika a.s.

Methodology for the workplace management 5S is the subject of this bachelor thesis. The first part is dedicated to the theoretical sources, related to the analyzed issue. The 5S methodology is based on five pillars. The first part describes how to proceed during implementation of each pillar. There are introduced methods such as red tagging or visual control. The second part is focused on analysis of 5S application in company Plastika a.s. The way of implementation of every pillar is analysed and compared to the theoretical sources. The chapter ends by summary of strenghts and weaknesses, identified during the 5S analysis. The information gained from previous two chapters is utilized in the last part for suggestion of the 5S implementation on a new shopfloor in company Plastika a.s.
