Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with constructing winding device for water skiing. The first part of thesis deals with water skiing and drag elements of water skiing. This part discuss about various types of winding devices. Next part discuss about design of winding device drum and its strength test. Winding device was designed for the specified speed.. The drum is driven by an internal combustion engine through the transmission. Gears is formed by torque converter, clutch and chain transmission. The shaft of drum is mounted on bearing unit which are fixed to the structure. The goal of thesis is winding device, which was constructed for verification of results.
