Abstract
The subject of bachelors thesis is consumer bahviour. The aim was an analysis of students on the Tourism market. To reach information about package tour purchase decision-making process and analyze them. Theoretical part of the work is devoted to factors of consumer behaviour and decision-making process. The single stages of the process are described here: purchase reasons, seeking for relevant informations, purchase decision criteria and purchase curcumstances. The practical part is dedicated to analysis of data acquired by questionnaire research. Questioning was held among university students in Ostrava city. The last part contains conclusion of results and recommendations based on them.
