Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design the support frame for steel cylinders, this assembly serves as a tank of compressed natural gas to propel the vehicle. Selected type of proposal, I verified the solidity load simulations using finite element method. Calculation found average levels tensions in the draft, but do not exceed the allowable stress in the frame. The result is a safe design of the support frame of steel bottles for trucks.
