Abstract

This dissertation is concentrated on the optimising the machining production technology of press tools with its own new technology of an intelligent robotic drilling. The project also describes dealing with the foundation premises for the start of the development of this technology. The main part of his project explains the development of this new technology and the verification of functionality in practice while manufacturing press tools. This new technology uses the most modern softwares and hardwares for the reason of the development of intelligent robotic drilling with a number of automatic functions. An example of an automatic function is the protection of the cutting tool (a drill) against its damage while in deep holes with very small diameters.
