Abstract
The aim of submitted bachelor thesis is theory of a business plan and evaluation the effectiveness of investment. First part describes theory of the business plan. Second chapter treat of evaluation the effectiveness of investment and its contribution to decision making process. Third part of thesis is practical application of second chapter to imaginary example.
Aim of this thesis are characteristics of the preparation of investments projects, specification of consistency of technical-economic study with focus on on the dynamic methods and evaluation of theoretical views and opinions on a given issue.
