| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá teorií podnikatelského záměru a hodnocení efektivnosti investic. První, teoretická část práce vymezuje strukturu a náležitosti podnikatelského záměru jako celku. Druhá část práce pojednává o hodnocení investic a jejich přínosu v rozhodovacím procesu. Poslední, třetí část práce je aplikací druhé části na fiktivní příklad a vizualizuje metody hodnocení investic. Cíle bakalářské práce jsou charakteristika přípravy investičních projektů, specifikace provázanosti technicko-ekonomické studie se zaměřením na dynamické metody a zhodnocení teoretických názorů a stanovisek na zadanou problematiku | cs |

Second chapter treat of evaluation the effectiveness of investment and its contribution to decision making process.
