Abstract

This thesis examines the management of human resources in a pharmaceutical company. The goal is to analyze the current state of human resource management in specific company and propose possible measures to improve it. The thesis is composed of three main parts: theoretical explanations, analysis of the current state, and proposal of measures. The theoretical part deals with concepts such as human resources, human resource management and the specifics of the pharmaceutical industry. The analysis of the current state focuses on the current practice of human resource management in a pharmaceutical company. The proposal of measures then suggests specific steps to improve human resource management.
