Návrh kontrolního přípravku pro měření vyměnitelných břitových destiček

Abstract

This master thesis aims to design a control jig for cutting inserts measure. The control jig is intended to be used on two different types of measuring devices and it has to meet the functional requirements specified by the company MONOMETAL nástroje s.r.o. At first, the thesis acquaints with cutting inserts grinding process. Then it describes specific functional requirements on the jig, gives informations about measuring devices, measurement procedures and examples of cutting edges grinded on inserts. Next part describes the choice of material and design of several variants of jig parts. After that, the final version of jig is chosen and examples of jig adjustment for measurement are described. In the thesis conclusion the jig is evaluated from the technical-economic perspective.
