Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on topic “Evaluation of Employees’ Benefits System in a Selected Organization” in the organisation Základní škola a mateřská škola Český Těšín Hrabina, p. o. The main objective is to research employees awareness and satisfaction with current employees’ benefits system. Then explore their preferences in terms of remuneration. The bachelor thesis consists of two main parts, the teoretical and the practical part. The first part deals with aspects of human resource management. It is more focused on employees’ remuneration, where are in detail described each employees’ benefits. The second part is focused on selected organization and acquaintance with the organization. More in the practical part have been done questionnaire analysis, in which we have discovered, that numbers of employees are rather uninformed about employees’ benefits than informed. We also discovered, that the most of employees are satisfied with current employees’ benefits system. We discovered also employees, who satisfied are not. At the end of bachelor thesis are suggested recommendations, which leads to increase employees awereness, and to raise and maintain their satisfaction.
