Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with using aluminium in all kinds of industries in present, mostly like a material in mechanical engineering. I describe physical and mechanical properties. In next part of my master thesis I describe all production line for aluminium profiles, including circular saw, which is main topic of this thesis. On this part relates calculation of main parts of circular saw, which take into account process conditionals. In last part of this thesis I project plan of service for all parts of circular saw. Results of this advices is longer technical life of circular saw.
