Návrh kompozitních hnacích hřídelů vozidla Formula Student

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of composite drive shafts of formula student car. At the beginning of this work is an introduction into the dormula student competition and theoretical analysis of driving axle construction. In the next part, the work describe design and manufacture of composite tube, glued joint and calculating of it, designing and selection of a suitable variant for steel tripod. Third part describe FEM of steel part and the end of the work describe testing of systems of components such as glued joint and composit axle.
