Abstract

The bachelor thesis is deals with the influence of a human resources on employees satisfaction in the manufacturing company. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part covers a theory of a human resources activities in general. The second part is dedicated to the manufacturing company Arcelor Mittal Ostrava. In this part there are described company activities and also the current collective arrangement and policies in place. Third and main part of thesis contains of a summary of a results from the employee satisfaction survey conducted in the company. Moreover, there are numbers of suggestions offered to help increase an employee satisfaction in the company.
