Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on processes of recruitment and selecting employees. It describes the current processes, including forms and methods getting used in recruitment and selecting employees in the chosen organization. The aim of the thesis is the modifying the processes of employee recruitment and selection in a chosen organization. Based on the questionnaire investigation are created recommendations and proposed amendments to improvement of the processes of employee recruitment and selection in a chosen organization.
