Abstract

This thesis analyzes the effectiveness of training and development of employees in the company VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY as . The first part deals with the issue from a theoretical perspective. The problemacy is described so that we can understand it, and then build on it in practical part. In the second part we will try with the use of theoretical knowledge introduce and evaluate the current system of education development of employees in a particular company VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY as. Part of this work is a survey that helped to analyze the learning and development of the company.
