Návrh pneumatických systémů otevírání střechy vagonu TAMNS

Abstract

This master thesis deals with the design of the pneumatic drive for opening and closing the roof of the TAMNS freight wagon. The assignment is based on practice. The wagon is equipped with a metal roof consisting of two wings. The aim of the thesis was to design three variants of the drive using linear, rotary and swinging pneumatic motor. The design calculation of the drive was made for the variant with linear and rotary drive and a pneumatic schema was created. Moreover, the specifications of the main pneumatic elements as well as the connecting elements, including their arrangement on the wagon, were created. The swinging pneumatic motor variant could not be created due to the insufficient torque by a pneumatic motor.
