Abstract

The Thesis deals with the Analysis of the Process of Recruitment, Selection and Turnover of Employees in a selected Company. The Work is divided into theoretical and practical Part. The first Part is focused on the theoretical Basis of Recruitment and Selection of Employees, filling Vacancies and Empolyees Turnover. It also describes the methodological Part of the Work. The practical Part describes the current Process of recruiting and selecting Employees in the Company, the Analysis of Turnover and a questionnaire Survey. The Output of the Work are Proposals and Recommendations to improve the efficiency of the recruitment Process associated with quantifying the Costs of these Measures.
