Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to measure satisfaction with services at the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics. Research was conducted through a questionnaire. The questionnaire was divided into several sub-parts, which evaluated client satisfaction and the importance of individual factors. On the basis of data analysis were performed the suggestions and recommendations to increase the satisfaction of clients.
