Posouzení motivace zaměstnanců ve zdravotnictví

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní motivace ošetřovatelského personálu ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení, konkrétně v Nemocnici Havířov. Cílem práce je zhodnotit celkovou míru pracovní motivace ošetřovatelek a identifikovat klíčové faktory, které jejich motivaci a spokojenost nejvíce ovlivňují. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, modely lidského chování a nejvýznamnější teorie motivace v kontextu řízení lidských zdrojů. Praktická část vychází z kvantitativního výzkumného šetření realizovaného formou anonymních dotazníků u ošetřovatelek na oddělení chirurgie a oddělení pro dlouhodobě nemocné. V závěru práce jsou navržena konkrétní opatření v oblasti finančního odměňování, rozšiřování benefitů a posílení kultury uznání, která směřují ke stabilizaci personálu v dané organizaci.

This bachelor’s thesis examines the issue of work motivation among nursing staff at a selected healthcare facility, specifically Havířov Hospital. The aim of the thesis is to assess the overall level of work motivation among nurses and to identify the key factors that most influence their motivation and job satisfaction. The theoretical section defines basic concepts, models of human behavior, and the most significant theories of motivation in the context of human resource management. The practical part is based on a quantitative research survey conducted via anonymous questionnaires among nurses in the surgery department and the long-term care department. The conclusion of the thesis proposes specific measures in the areas of financial compensation, expanding benefits, and strengthening a culture of recognition, all aimed at stabilizing the workforce within the organization.
