This bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of risks and errors management into the training of private pilots. Main components of the risks and errors management are described and discussed here, along with risks emerging during PPL training. Based on the knowledge of TEM model, separate risks are subjected to the risk management and possible errors stemming from not dealing properly with those risks are described here. Said errors then go through the error management, proper use of which may prevent aviation accidents or incidents from ever occurring.
