Abstract
The master thesis deals with a design of a equipment for material splitting during conveying. Splitting material is a black coal. Belt conveyor fills splitting equipment by rolling material over driven pulley. Material feeds another belt conveyor. Splitting equipment and feed chute for good feeding are placed in between both belt conveyors. Single roll splitting equipment is structurally designed for transported quantity of QV = 84 [t.h-1]. Maximum size of output particle u = 50 [mm]. Splitting equipment roll diameter DV = 650 [mm]. Operational rotation speed of roll of the splitting equipment nV = 69 [min-1].
The thesis includes a research of different crusher types. Transported material was measured for obtaining selected mechanical and physical properties of bulk solid. The obtained values were used for the technological calculation and the design of the splitting equipment. Structural calculations are made further. The assembly drawing is documented in the enclosure of the master thesis.
